AI Ready Matrix is an independent nonprofit created for the needs of smaller UK firms that are using AI without a clear framework. We work with owners, directors, and managers to set boundaries, write policies, and put simple checks in place so staff can use new tools with confidence. Our approach is grounded in business reality. We do not sell software, and we do not push one platform. Instead, we help organisations understand where AI adds value, where it creates exposure, and what good oversight looks like at their size. That usually means a short assessment, a workable policy set, staff briefing sessions, and a plan for keeping records and reviews up to date.
